Rapid Response Personnel Ltd, trading as Rapid Response Secure Care, is committed to upholding the highest standards of human rights, dignity, and ethical conduct in all areas of our operations. We recognise our responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains.
Rapid Response Secure Care is a specialist provider of secure patient transport and support services across the UK. We work with vulnerable individuals, including those detained under the Mental Health Act, and are committed to delivering compassionate, trauma-informed, and ethical care.
We are committed to respecting and promoting human rights in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We ensure fair working conditions, safe environments, non-discrimination, and the right to freedom of association for our staff and those in our care.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. This includes all forms such as forced labour, debt bondage, child labour, human trafficking, and exploitation. We actively work to ensure these practices are absent from our operations and supply chains.
We perform due diligence on all suppliers to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act. We require all suppliers to have anti-slavery policies and prohibit unethical labour practices. Any breach will result in immediate cessation of business.
Our staff receive regular training to identify and report signs of exploitation. This fosters a safeguarding culture and ensures proper response mechanisms are in place for concerns.
We encourage all employees and partners to report concerns confidentially through our safeguarding protocols. Reports are taken seriously and investigated promptly.
We review our policies annually, assess supplier compliance, and update staff training to maintain alignment with UK law and best practice.
